Buying and licences
How do I get my licence key?
After you pay, Polar shows your key and emails it to you. Paste it in Soloset on your Mac, in Settings › Licence.
How many Macs can I use?
Up to 3 Macs that you use. To move the licence, choose Deactivate This Mac in Settings › Licence on the old one.
When does the trial start?
With your first take on the Mac, not when you install. It lasts 14 days with every feature, and needs no card.
Does it need the internet?
Filming needs only your own network. The Mac checks the licence quietly about once a week; a missing connection never locks it.
Are updates included?
Every 1.x update is included. A future major version may be a paid upgrade; we will say so in advance, and your version keeps working.
What about tax and currency?
Prices are in US dollars. Polar, our reseller and merchant of record, adds sales tax or includes VAT at checkout depending on where you live, and sends the receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Write to support@soloset.app or reply to your receipt.
Do you sell licences for a team?
A licence is for one person. For several people, buy one each, or write to us and we will sort it out.
