Try Soloset for Mac free for 14 days before you buy, with every feature and no card. If you buy and it is not right for you, you get your money back. Soloset for iPhone is free, so there is nothing to refund there.

The 14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason or none. We do not ask why, although we are glad to hear it.

This applies to everyone, wherever you live, and it is on top of the free trial.

How to ask

Write to support@soloset.app from the email address you bought with, or reply to your Polar receipt. Include your order number if you have it. We start the refund within 3 working days.

Polar, our reseller, sends the money back to the card or payment method you used. You get back what you paid, including tax. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.

What happens to your licence

A refund ends the licence: the key is revoked. Within about two weeks Soloset for Mac returns to the unlicensed state, where the live preview and take control stop. Your takes are never affected: the Mac keeps copying, checking and exporting them, and the iPhone app keeps recording. Please deactivate your Macs.

After 14 days

After 14 days we refund at our discretion. If Soloset does not work with your iPhone or Mac and we cannot fix it, write to us anyway. Polar may also refund a purchase on its own to settle a dispute (Polar refunds (opens in a new tab)).

Discounts and upgrades

If you bought with a discount, the refund is the amount you actually paid. A paid upgrade to a future major version has its own 14-day refund.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under the law where you live.

EU and UK consumers. For digital content bought online, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw, unless you agreed to receive it at once and accepted that you lose that right. Whatever you agreed at checkout, our 14-day refund gives you the same days, with no questions. If Soloset does not work as described, your legal right to a fix, a price reduction or a refund also applies, at any time the law allows.

Other consumer laws (for example in Canada, Quebec, Brazil or Australia) may give you rights to cancel or when a product is faulty. They apply too.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before you open a dispute with your bank. A refund is faster for you, and a chargeback costs us a fee even when it is resolved. A chargeback ends the licence in the same way as a refund.
